Chatbots are becoming representatives of brands, and they will become the Logo of every brand, as well.

What is the common thing that connects chatbots with a Logo? Or, to a brand? To see the connection, we need to go back and look at how the Logo has become what it is today.

What is a Logo? 

Companies started to use Logos to aid and promote instant public recognition.

It is a symbol that represents the company and what they do. It could be a symbol that gives you association of some company product or a company motto of what is behind their product.

For example, Nike and their slogan of “Just do it.” Whenever you see Nike’s logo, you have the slogan in your mind. Or, if you see their Logo with “Just do it” you know it’s Nike. The era of creating Logos and designing them started in the 1870s. If a Logo is a symbol that gives us an association with some company, that is what a chatbot will do.

One of the differences between a Logo and a chatbot will be that Logos are more visual then chatbots. We see them all the time.

With the chatbots, it will be little different, as we can find the chatbot through a quick search in Messenger by their name.

So, well-known companies will probably give the name of the chatbot as the name of the company, and this is because they already have a significant client base.

Therefore, as I said before, this will be a tremendous opportunity for startup companies who can gather more audiences with their strong and catchy name of their bot, and of course, with the things that they can do for the people.
